Less is More

The best products in the world are usually the result of keeping it simple.

Clients and customers will always push for more new features, even when they don't understand how to use the stuff they already have.

If you're developing a product, listen to your customers, but err on the side of saying no.

If you're developing for a client, do your best to convince them that adding new features isn't always the answer.

Often it is better to refine existing functionality as opposed to adding more buttons, options, and preferences.
